1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using xapply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

xapply provides AI-powered tools for job seekers including resume tailoring, cover letter generation, job matching, automated job applications, interview preparation, and salary negotiation coaching. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with these tasks but does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Auto-Apply and Automated Applications

The Service may submit job applications on your behalf through various methods including direct API integrations with applicant tracking systems. You acknowledge that:

• All automated applications require your explicit approval before submission.
• You are responsible for reviewing tailored documents before approving submission.
• The Service acts as your agent and applications are submitted in your name.
• Success of applications is not guaranteed.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, cover letters, personal information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service (tailored resumes, cover letters, interview answers) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated content before use. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for fraudulent applications or misrepresentation.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities or rejected applications.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
